Bryan Short concentrates his practice in business acquisitions and business sales, corporate transactions, commercial real property transactions, and structured finance.
Mr. Short joined the firm in January, 2006. Mr. Short is admitted to the bar in both Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Before joining the firm, Mr. Short practiced general business law at Surrovell, Markle, Isaacs & Levy, PLC in Fairfax, Virginia.
Mr. Short is a member of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section and the Young Lawyers Division.
Mr. Short earned his J.D. at the College of William and Mary, Marshall Wythe School of Law, graduating in May, 2004. During his time at William and Mary, Mr. Short was the Student Notes Editor of the William and Mary Environmental Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court team.
Mr. Short obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in 2000, graduating with honors.
Mr. Short speaks fluent German and fluent Portuguese.
