Terry Brennan

Terry joined the firm in 2007. He graduated in 1995 from Le Moyne College in Syracuse NY with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. In 2001 he graduated from American Intercontinental University in Atlanta GA with a graduate degree in Information Technology. Before joining the firm, Terry completed four years in the United States Army, twice deploying in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Terry is the primary point of contact for licensing matters including the liquor license application process in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. While alcoholic beverage licensing makes up a significant concentration of Terry's workload, he also helps clients with other licenses and permits needed to run businesses in the Washington area, including certificates of occupancy, public space permits, and basic business licenses.
